After seeing inactivity and lack of structure in other Roblox retail communities, I decided to create something better using my own experience and knowledge. FreshWay was built with the goal of being one of the most realistic and well-run store experiences on Roblox. My vision is to create a professional and realistic retail environment with active leadership, realistic systems, and a strong community. I'm proud to be building FreshWay and helping it grow. Hello! I'm Ben. Mostly known as a Human Resources Director at FreshWay. I work alongside Rachel, the Deputy Human Resources Director, on many big projects. She helps me out a lot, and I am very thankful for her work. I am mainly known by my username, GalaxyBen_1. I have been on Roblox since 2024, and my main jobs are Human Resources and Public Relations. I am working in many groups with these 2 roles, as they are the most interesting. I've worked before as a Managing Director, but it's not the same as these 2 departments. I love aviation and am always looking forward to hearing any intriguing news about it. Greetings! I am Rachel, the Deputy HR Director at FreshWay. Along with Ben, the HR Director, I manage both the HR & SV departments. I am grateful that I work with Ben and that I am part of the amazing team. I am mainly known by my username, rachel_larenne. Besides working at FreshWay, I also like to play Roblox, be a part of different communities, and work on different projects with people. Greetings! I am chotrewa, the Deputy Moderation Director at FreshWay! My responsibility is to ensure user safety on our Discord server and coordinate all moderation-related matters. The Moderation Department oversees the entire server, protecting it from various types of attacks so that everyone feels safe. My passion is ballroom dancing, which I have been training for 11 years, securing top positions in national and international competitions. These achievements have earned me a high dance rank. My favorite dances are the quickstep, tango, and jive, and dancing brings me immense joy!
